What counts as a client knowledge base?
One client business whose file you can rebuild and download this month. When a client leaves, archive theirs and the slot is free for the next one.
What do I actually get for free?
The whole build for one website: every fact found with its quote, the list of things the site never says, the contradictions, and the first part of the file. The download is the paid part.
My client's site changes every season. Do I pay again?
No. Rebuild the knowledge base when the site changes. Each plan includes 10, 50 or 200 builds a month across your clients.
Can my team use it?
Solo is one seat. Agency has five and Scale fifteen, all working on the same client list.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. The plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unused time is not refunded.
GST and invoices?
Rupee prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Dollar prices are what your card is charged.
How do I pay?
Card or UPI through Razorpay in India. International cards everywhere else.
Which platforms does the file work with?
Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs and any platform that takes a document as a knowledge base. Each paid plan comes with loading notes for the platform you use.
