Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

KB Builder is a software service used online at kb-builder.com. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When you get access

Free build: available as soon as you sign up and confirm your email address.
Paid plans: your plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. You can then download your knowledge base files from your account.
Renewals: each renewal keeps your plan active without a break.

If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active within 30 minutes, write to info@masterblocks.co.in with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt, and we will activate it.

How files are delivered

Knowledge base files are downloaded from your account as Markdown files. We do not send them by post or courier. Receipts and GST invoices are sent to the email address on your account.
