Why it exists

We built a voice agent for a resort and tested it with live calls. Twice, a caller asked the price of a day package and heard another product’s price: a villa’s once, a cottage’s the next time. The model was fine; the knowledge base was the problem. A price sat in the text without the name of what it belonged to, so the agent attached it to what the caller had asked about.

We rewrote the file so that every fact names what it belongs to, tested it on live calls again, and then built KB Builder so that any builder can get that file for any business, without writing it by hand.

What we hold ourselves to

• Every fact has a source. Each answer in the file is traced to the sentence on the website it came from.
• Unknowns are said out loud. If the website doesn’t say something callers ask, the builder tells you instead of guessing.
• Any platform. We don’t run agents and we don’t favour a platform. The file works wherever you build.
• We learn from real calls. The way the file is written comes from live calls we made, listened to and traced back to the knowledge base, not from theory.
