Six rules for filling it in

  • Name the product in every sentence with a number

Retrieval hands the agent a few pieces of the file, never the whole of it. A price without its product gets attached to whatever the caller just asked about.

A first consultation with Dr Mehta costs 800 rupees.

    Consultation: 800

  • Say the unit and the tax

Per session, per month, per year, per person; plus or including tax. A caller who hears half a price books on it.

Grade 6 tuition at Riverside Academy is 1,40,000 rupees a year.

    Grade 6 — 1.4L

  • List products by name only

The list section helps the agent know what exists. Prices in a list get separated from their names the moment the list is cut into pieces.

The salon offers: haircut, hair colour, keratin treatment and bridal make-up.

    Haircut 500, colour 1,800, keratin 4,500, bridal 12,000

  • Write the unknowns down

If the website doesn't answer a question callers ask, say so. The agent then offers to check instead of guessing.

Whether a covered parking space is included in the 2 BHK price has not been confirmed.

    (nothing, so the agent guesses)

  • Give look-alike names their own section

Two plans, units or courses with similar names are the most common wrong answer. Say they are different and tell the agent to ask.

The gym lists two monthly plans: Monthly Basic and Monthly Plus. Callers should say which one they mean.

    Monthly plan: from 1,500

  • Keep one version, in the website's language

Settle contradictions before you load the file, and replace the old file when you upload a new one. Two versions means two answers.

One file, updated when the website changes.

    fees-2025.pdf and fees-2026.md, both uploaded
