Each room, treatment, course, unit or plan becomes its own product, with its own price, timing and rules. Look-alike names are kept apart.

The industry's knowledge model lists the questions callers of that kind of business ask. You see which ones the website doesn't answer, the critical ones first.

When two pages disagree, you see both quotes side by side and choose. The file never carries two answers to one question.

A Markdown file, checked before you get it
The file is plain Markdown in the website’s own language, with no KB Builder branding. Before you can download it, the builder checks it against five rules.

- Every question that matters has a sentence, even if the sentence says it isn't confirmed.
