Cancellation and Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Your first build is free, with no card. It shows you everything KB Builder found on the website, everything it could not confirm and where the website contradicts itself, so you can judge the service before paying.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time, from your account or by writing to info@masterblocks.co.in. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active, and your files stay downloadable, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing more is charged after that.

No refunds

Payments for KB Builder plans, monthly or yearly, are not refundable, in full or in part, including for the unused part of a period. The free first build is there so you can see exactly what you get before you pay.

Taxes

Rupee prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your GST invoice.

Delivery

KB Builder is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is active and your files are available in your account as soon as your payment succeeds.
